Terms of Service
• All digital or phone quotes are preliminary estimates intended to be as accurate as possible; however, final pricing may be adjusted following an in-person inspection based on the vehicle’s size, condition, and service requirements.
• Digital and phone quote responses will typically be sent by email unless another contact method, such as phone call or text message, is requested.
• Full payment is due immediately following the in-person assessment and must be completed before services begin.
• Black Cat Detailing currently accepts cash and Zelle only while additional payment methods are being implemented.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Black Cat Detailing reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service due to safety concerns, hazardous conditions, inaccurate vehicle descriptions, or other reasonable circumstances.
• Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation, quality assurance, and transparency purposes.
• Professional detailing may reveal pre-existing scratches, stains, paint defects, wear, or other conditions previously hidden by dirt or debris. Black Cat Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions uncovered during cleaning.
• In the unlikely event accidental damage occurs during service, the vehicle owner will be notified immediately and an appropriate resolution will be discussed promptly.
• For best results, vehicles should preferably be parked in a shaded area whenever possible.
• Vehicles must be positioned with adequate surrounding space for technicians to safely access all doors, the trunk, and work areas.
• Vehicles should be generally cleared of personal belongings and excessive trash prior to the appointment to allow for an efficient and thorough service. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleanup is required.
• An accessible outdoor water source and electrical outlet must be available within 85 feet of the vehicle before the appointment.
• Appointments requiring travel beyond 30 minutes from Black Cat Detailing’s service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.
• Estimated service times vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Estimated completion times will be included with your quote for transparency.
